Title: "Transformation" ("Transformation")
Artist: Marchel Yameliev
Technique: Oil painting on canvas, palette knife (3D impasto technique).
Concept & Narrative: The abstract canvas "Transformation" by Marchel Yameliev is a visual exploration of the metamorphosis of matter into spirit. Interpreted through the philosophical framework of Ascension and The Fall, the heavy, dark violet and brown layers at the base symbolize the density of earthly matter, chaos, and physical constraints (The Fall). In radiant, purifying contrast, the bursting orange-golden lights, blue reflections, and ascending relief strokes express the shattering of formal bounds, soul purification, and continuous spiritual Ascension.
Style & Execution: Masterful expressive palette knife 3D impasto work. The canvas texture is built with thick, sculptural relief layers of oil paint that create deep volume and movement. The color palette combines orange, gold, cadmium yellow, violet, turquoise, sky blue, and white.
Why Invest: • Bold Abstract Expression: An energetic, powerful, and inspiring composition filled with inner vital force. • Museum-Grade Quality: Crafted using the finest European oil paints on high-grade canvas. • Sculptural 3D Impasto Texture: Tactile paint application transforms the oil medium into three-dimensional art.
An abstract painting dominated by cold colors. Looking into it, everyone discovers different figures. It could be said that each person paints the picture with his mind.
The composition establishes a square, dynamic, and abstract format in which swirling tonal masses and relief color patches intertwine in a powerful metamorphosing impulse. The color expression unfolds an expressive, rich, and contrasting palette—sunny orange, golden ochre, and cadmium yellow harmonizing with rich violet, burgundy, turquoise, sky blue, and pearl white accents. The structural execution relies on supreme plasticity and masterful 3D impasto—Marchel Yameliev's distinct artistic hand is evident in the thick, sculptural palette knife layers that transform the very substance of oil paint into a breathing three-dimensional relief. The canvas radiates pure creative energy, transformation, and a strong inner drive converting the chaos of matter into supreme spiritual harmony and Ascension.
